Beautiful place. Nice food and beer. Value for money. Bob is a pleasant character with good conversation. Stopped off here on a motorcycle tour and was an ideal location for both directions. Would recommend and would stay here again.

Touring on bike in and around Germany, France. The stay was brilliant, the owner made us feel very welcome. The hotel is great, very homely, breakfast is fantastic. Very reasonable prices for the rooms and the bar (we stayed in all night)  would recommend to anyone. Biker friendly and in a stunning part of the world. Will definitely be going back. Cheers.

Spent 2 nights here on route home from a motorcycle tour .. A beautiful house and very pretty area .. Bob the host was a colourful character full of stories .. An excellent bar in the lounge and an old fashioned juke box .. Our room was superb beautifully furnished and full of character .. With a massive bed .. Clean and tidy throughout .. Tea  and coffee in the room and a very pretty bathroom with loads of hot water .. 
It was just a little remote as no bar or restaurant in the village and you had to drive into town .. Although bob gave us a lift for a look around and collected us later .. Luckily bob cooked us some Supper on both evenings .. A good stay and great for
Motorcyclists .. Good breakfast .. A hidden gem

We were on a motorbike tour of the area and stayed here for 3 days. Had a lovely time, the cottage has been completely renovated and our room had its own on suite which was very nice. Food was a cooked breakfast made when we wanted, which was great as Bob would cook it fresh when we got up. Evenings he would drop us in to the local town so we could go out. 
Bob started this place as a biker friendly stop but it is a shame not many bikers stop over. Would recommend stopping here as there are some lovely places to see and visit a short ride away. 

Bob the owner has been a laugh from start to finish .
We stayed 5 days and were ably catered for during our stay .
We were allowed free range of the house in the evening and you could sit outside if you preferred.
The bedrooms were comfortable as was the en suite .
Well worth a further visit .
