Another great stay in the Alaska, so convenient to all the amenities of Ischgl- the lift systems, bars & restaurants etc and a supermarket and petrol station close by. Renate and family are super hosts and always very helpful and friendly. The apartments were excellent as usual and very clean & tidy, we will definitely be back in the future…….regards Henry

We booked a two bedroom apartment and stayed with Renate & family in early March 2025. The experience was exceptional and very good value. The apartment is well built, modern and clean and the ski/boot room facilities are also excellent. Would definitely stay again!

This is an absolutely and amazing Hotel and apartment. The owner and staff are very kindly. Location are perfect. Only a few 100 meters from skii lifts, restaurants, supermarket and afterskiing. We where five people staying for four nights in a nice apartment. It is equipped with everything. 

I have been to Ischgl many times but not self catering and this has been a pleasant revelation, the Alaska is so well situated, its just close enough to be in the centre of the action ie. one of the main Lifts, Bars, Ski Rental, Supermarket, petrol station and just far enough out to be quiet in the evenings if you fancy an early night ! Renate is the perfect host and full of helpful information and advice, the apartments were spotlessly clean and had all the accoutrements needed for a comfortable stay, bathrooms very well equipped with superb showers. There are TV's in every room so you could see the conditions on the mountain in the morning. Ischgl is my No.1 spot in the alps - it has everything, great restaurants, the best skiing and some very famous apre-ski with the Schatzi, Kitzloch and Nikkis Stadl very close to the apartment and we intend to return next year to the Alaska for more of the same ! We would like to say thank you again to Renate from the very happy 10 Irishmen ! See you next time......

Alaska Apartments are by far the best self catering accommodation in Ischgl.  We have be coming as a group of friends for a number of years and never leave disappointed.  The quality of the apartments is first class, Renate and her family are excellent hosts and the apartments are ideally situated for both the lifts and the town centre.  Parking is also available and spacious.  What is not to like...we will be coming back for many years to come.

Alaska Appartments are the perfect place to stay for a ski trip to Ischgl.  The proximity to the ski lifts, shops and restaurants is perfect and the appartments provide everything you need for either a short or long break.  In addition, Renate is an outstanding hostess.  Noting is too much trouble and you are made to feel very much part of the family.  

I would strongly recommend this accommodation to anyone!!

We are a mixed group of 9 men and 1 lady, we booked 2 apartments Lattenkopf and Prenner. We all ate B'fast and Dinner in the Larger Lattenkopf. Renate couldn't have been more helpful at the point of booking, then went on to give us a great welcome on arrival and nothing during the stay was to much trouble. The apartments are well appointed and spacious with plenty of Wardrobe space in each room. They are cleaned once during your weeks stay. 

Ischgl was great and definitely a breath of fresh air in terms of being made to feel welcome compared to French resorts. We will be back next year. Renate from Alec and the Team thank you.

We’ve been coming here for a boys’ skiing weekend for about 6 years now. The wives have also been on a girls’ weekend. 18 of us this year. Great apartments with big rooms, comfy beds and a well equipped kitchen. Only 2 mins walk to the Pardatschgratbahn lift and several great apre ski bars and restaurants but very quiet for a good night’s sleep. See you next year, Rene and Renate.

Our family of 5 had an amazing short ski vacation in Ischgl. Alaska Apartments was an excellent choice - comfortable, clean, spacious, and conveniently close to everything. Just perfect! Renate went out of her way to make us feel at home. Thank you for making our vacation so wonderful

Great large appartment on the perfect location in Ischgl. The skilift was just a 2 minutes walk away and across the river restaurant Nevada was very good. Everything in the appartment was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. Hope to come back again some day

Large and comfortable apartments and super friendly owner!
Enough parking space next to and in front of the property.
Bread service in thoe morning, brought to your apartment.
In other words, we liked it very much and be coming back next winter holiday

Annual Ski trip for 10 people

Great hosts, accommodation and location

We were a group of 10 spread across 2 apartments and each of us were amazed by the quality of the accommodation. The rooms were spacious and clean with ample living space, we had the apartment under the roof so wonderfully high ceilings and each room with its own balcony. There's a cute little sauna here and whilst there's no food the hotel opposite does a continental breakfast for €12 pp. The location is also utterly amazing, at most it's a 2 minute flat walk from the main gondola. I will be going back.
