Haus Kirchblick 

We travelled as a couple with a family of parents and a five-year old child. We stayed on the 3rd floor in an room which was exeptionally spacious compared to numerous other accomodations we have had at the Austrian Alps. Our friends stayed on the 2nd floor in an even bigger room with a good size bed for the child in a separate tv- space. Their room had access to a shared balcony and windows to two directions, while the third floor rooms have no balconies. Free WiFi worked fine on the 2nd floor but poorly on the 3rd. Bathrooms were sparkling new and everything spotlessly clean. The bathrooms, though not very big, had ample space for toiletries and the wardrobe a good number of hangers for clothes. Breakfast was good though nothing extra special, two kinds of juice, some fruit, rye bread and fresh rolls, youghurt, muesli, cheese and ham, eggs and coffee. There's a ski room with varming for ski boots during the night and equiment to service your skis. Ms Barbara Jochum speaks also English and is very helpful. We got a good recommendation for a restaurant for fondue, Cafe Restaurant Fritz. The only downside is that the pension is about 10-15 minutes walk from the center of the village. THta doen't matter much, though, as the nearest lift is only 500 m away and there is a bus stop right in front of the pension. In the morning the bus comes every 20 minutes, but after 10 o'clock only once an hour. If you walk a short distance to a bigger road, the buses are far more freqent. I would gladly recommend this pension. It is not a five-star hotel, but a very comfortable, clean and cosy pension with big rooms, good value for the price.
