Johanna was wonderful—calm, attentive, and incredibly helpful when we realized we’d forgotten some ski gear. She quickly pieced together what we needed so we could still catch the morning ski bus just steps from the house. She truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The house itself was fantastic: modern, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for cooking meals. Apartment #3 had plenty of space for our father–daughter trip, with a convenient elevator, warm ski storage, and a large balcony with mountain views. The sauna was a first for us—and it set a very high bar. The location is ideal. Leave the car in the warm garage and use the ski bus, and don’t miss the short walk to the nearby grocery store across the suspension footbridge. Walking it—especially at night—was one of the unexpected highlights of our trip and something we’ll remember for years. Aliona is perfectly positioned for easy access to this beautiful path. Be sure to capture the walk on video the first time. :-)
