Bienvenu 

Just back from a week skiing in Chatel, stayed at the Hotel Bienvenu, would definitely go back again. Everything was spotlessly clean, the room was lovely and warm and there was always hot water to soak in the bath. We had only booked B&B but ate in the hotel 3 evenings once fondue and twice menu of the day and the food was very tasty and good value. Great location, just a few minutes walk down the road there are ski hire shops and the Petit Chatel chair lift. If you don't want to start or finish your days skiing with that lift the free busses stop right outside the hotel which allows lots of access to the other parts of the area. The village has plenty to offer and it is a fairly gentle 20 minute walk back up the hill hill (its not steep) after your evening out. The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. As mentioned in previous reviews facilities are not that of 4 star luxury accommodation we too had a hand held shower and no curtain and the Wi-Fi is free but not great but if you go with realistic expectations for the cost and rating of the accommodation and I do not think you will be disappointed with a stay the Hotel Bienvenu.
