Very difficult to locate, as our GPS gave out on the tiny roads surrounding Polignac...but once you find the House, you will be immediately taken care of by the lovely Martine and Jean Jacques Sivet. Everything is "Bio", from the towels, to the jams, with good taste and a great flair for simplicity and beauty. With only two rooms, one feels as if one is an invited guest...and that is a pleasure while traveling. A mere few minutes from the center of Puy en Velay,l'Appoline is perfectly situated for a day of exploration!
