the room was pretty comfy. The warming system was active and very good. the location is great. close to the bars street, and very close to one of the slopes that take you to the main slop and all the lifts.The view from my room was awsome!!. The price was definitely worth it, but the showers had very weak flow.

great place, very close to the slopes.

Having visited Val Thorens many times and stayed in all kinds of accommodation over the years, Roc de Peclet is in a superb position. The price is not the lowest rate but the condition of apartment B3 was very disappointing to say the least. It requires refurbishment urgently if it is to be worth the money. 
Floor and carpet tiles wet on arrival and not reported by cleaner. Carpet tiles stained and ill- fitting in both rooms. No taps on bidet. No TV. Wall in kitchen above cooker rings  burned. Stained grouting in bathroom. Generally tatty condition with no attempt to invest or refurbish. I thought paying a little more would result in better accommodation - appt B3 is very very basic. Too basic and best avoided for the money- Had to "rise above it" to avoid ruining holiday. 
Position view and skiing superb.

Great place just AVOID APPARTMENT B3

Cramped kitchenette reasonably outfitted. To boil water for tea had to use a well calcified pot. 
Matresses of highly variable quality. 
Conveniently located on the slopes if you can manage a short teleski (T-bar) at the end of a long day of skiing. 
Various things were out of service such as light bulbs and the main room heater. 
Sufficiently clean
