Very good location right by the main square and within walking distance of most things, the room was clean and does the job nothing fancy but thats not what we was after. Check in and check out was easy enough you get a text with the front door code and a code for a key safe outside your room door. You have to transfer the tourist tax over before you arrive which was a bit stressful as i forgot until the day before but the hotel was helpful in providing information. All in all it was a good stay and i would recommend this hotel and also Rostock it is a nice city with friendly people, good food and good beer, we went for Aston Villa’s pre season game vs Hansa Rostock and felt very welcome.

Please note that there is no lift/elevator at this property. There are 2 public parking spaces directly in front of the hotel that are free of charge from 20:00 until 09:00 daily. The fee for these parking spaces from 09:00-20:00 is EUR 5 every 4 hours. The underground parking garage costs EUR 14 per day. A reservation is not possible. Please note that the reception is 100 metres away or 2 side-streets away from the Aalreuse. The address of the reception is Kröpeliner Str. 20a and it is on the Hopfenmarkt square.
There is no tourist tax for children aged 0-5.
