We had the pleasure of staying at La Roseraie on our way to Paris. The accommodations were wonderful -- a charming 19th century house with large rooms and upgraded amenities throughout. We enjoyed the beautiful, quiet surroundings and soaked up the atmosphere of the carefully-tended garden. Our hosts were charming and incredibly considerate. Upon learning of our early train, they proposed a breakfast time that was earlier than their normal schedule. The breakfast was delicious. We only wish that we could have stayed for longer!
