B&B Ma Maison Govone

I stayed @ Ma Maison for 2 nights, as I was in the area for a friend's party nearby; I have to admit I hardly stay @ B&B, but this time wishing to be as close as possible to a party which would have ended very late after midnight I came across this little beauty. Difficult to find at first, as from the road I missed it, then I found it, but driving with a navigator it could happen and anyway the area is small, don't worry you will find them! This small B&B is run by a wonderful couple, with 2 great children; the rooms available to rent are 2, and the one I stayed was at the ground floor, large bed and even larger bathroom - comfortable. But the best came @ breakfast when the lady owner asked me what I would like for breakfast (with by the way I took once inside in their kitchen, and once outside in the garden), and she cooked me one of the best omelette made with their own eggs (they keep chickens close by) and herbs from the garden - delicious! And not to forget all the rest, a huge breakfast really... The area of Govone and nearby villages is a great area, with many castles to visit if you are into it, and good wine & food to have if you are a gastronomic tourist, or simply to enjoy on these hills which are relaxing with welcoming people all around. Next time you are in Italy, and in the Piedmont region try this area, and try the B&B Ma Maison!
