We appreciated the warm and gracious hospitality extended to our group of ten Camino walkers at Casa da Igrexa. And for the first time ever in our 8 nights of accommodation - we received complimentary bottles of cold water! The proprietor, Joseph also made a great effort to cook us a wonderful dinner from his well-equipped kitchen - with a rolled stuffed pork roulade, delicious vegetable soup, dessert (including a lovely local Arzua cheese with quince) and followed by after-dinner apertifs with two different liqueurs. Breakfast was sumptuous - in addition to the choice of cereals laid out, there was bread, fruit, eggs and ham. Pity we had little time to explore the garden, and the beautiful views looking out to a stunning lake, and hills beyond. Nonetheless - we had a very comfortable evening, and were well recharged the next day to continue our Camino. Thank you, Joseph.
