The first thing to say is do not be put off by the outside of the building. Inside the staff are friendly and the rooms are fantastic I couldn't believe the difference when I was inside. Everything you need they even supply shaving gear and toothbrushes as well as shower gel and shampoo etc and the normal towels, toilet rolls etc. Right in the middle of a great city, when I return to Elche I will stay here again.
