this is the best location to get a head start to cape formentor, especially in the peak season when private vehicles are restricted after 10 am. the hotel is also smacked in the middle of great variety of restaurants, souvenir shops, and facing the ocean. I just love the overall vibe in port of pollensa. more relaxing and quieter other noteworthy aspects- helpful staff, reliable wifi, good breakfast, and rooftop terrace free parking is relatively easy to find when i visited in June, within 10 min walking radius from hotel. maybe it only turn into mayhem in July/August.
