Had a great stay at the Hotel El Salt, this family run hotel is a very good choice if you are looking to stay in Valderrobres. The hotel is situated just over the bridge from the old town with great views of the castle (ask for a castle view room). The room was clean,modern and comfortable with a terrace. We had dinner twice at the hotel during our stay and the menu del dia is good with a great choice of dishes and at Euro 11 a head excellent value. Breakfast is simple but good with bread, hams, cheeses and pastries provided along with coffee or tea and orange juice included in the room rate. The family are friendly and looking to please and provide what you want, overall a very good hotel that is well run.
