This was very good for the price and very central within easy walking distance of the old town and on a direct tram line to the new bus station (on the outskirts). It's worth noting that Pension Araba is actually 2 buildings in nearby streets. We booked Pension Araba 2 in Calle Florida but when we arrived, they had arranged for us to stay in their other pension (presumably Pension Araba 1) round the corner. We were taken there in person to make sure everything was OK and it was the same price. Very well kitted out but a bit soulless. Also be aware that there is a Hotel Araba on the outskirts of Vitoria which is completely unrelated.
