Devon's Duck n Dane B&B

What a beautiful place in the county, fantastic and dog friendly too.
Would highly recommend here.
If you wish to get a taxi however be advised they are pricey Into Axminster so might he better to drive.

Lovely touches, plenty of entertainment, masses of breakfast choice, amazing comfy bed, every facility you would want. Very peaceful night away from any busy roads. Had a great stay, woke refreshed and ready for next day. Caught Sharon completely on the hop by turning up before the booking came through on the Web site. We did the meet and greet and popped down to Lyme Regis harbour for a wander around and dinner and all was ready for us when we returned. Would definitely recommend.

Pet friendly, child friendly, couple friendly, family friendly!!! Amazing space to stay. Amazing choice of breakfast stuff to cook and eat at your own leisure. Fresh eggs/juice/milk/bacon/fruit, homemade bread! Crepes, fruit bread, cereal, porridge. You can feed the ducks and chickens. Lovely quiet location, off road parking. Pub in walking distance (booking essential!) will definitely stay again when in the area.

Thank you Sharon and Mark for your wonderful hospitality and making our family holiday even more special and memorable. We loved having our dog with us and was so refreshing to have this opportunity thank you.
The B&B was lovely and the breakfasts with freshly made bread each day was delicious.
The B&B was the ideal base to get around Devon.
Meeting some of you're gorgeous Danes was a huge treat and not forgetting your ducks and chucks.
Thank you again!! Hope to be back soon x

I stayed overnight recently with my husband, son & 2 Great Danes.
Sharon is lovely, she is friendly & very welcoming.
We had homemade cream tea on arrival & it was delicious, a real must!!
The room itself is very impressive. It's modern & clean to a high standard, it has everything you could want during any stay & more. There is a large TV, selection of DVDs, board games & even complimentary dog treats, fresh fruit & much more.
There is a small fridge, perfect for a cheeky bottle of wine.
We were spoilt for choice for breakfast, there was fresh bacon & eggs, cereal, fresh homemade bread, yogurts & orange juice, although you do have to make it yourself.
The location is lovely & quiet with a dog friendly pub 'The Old Inn' within walking distance up the road. We sat in front of the fire & enjoyed a fantastic meal.
We visited Lyme Regis beach during our stay & had a lovely time in the sun, even had a quick paddle.
I would highly recommend staying here & I can't wait to come back!
