Brilliant stay for the night. We got there quite early and had a chat with the receptionist who was lovely.

The room was nice. Slept brilliantly. Can't ask for any better.

Thanks you guys

Great stay for a couple nights, lovely staff that sorted out a bunch of things for me. Some of the other guests seemed really annoying so I do feel bad for the staff, they're doing a great job!!

The young guy really knows his stuff and was very friendly.

Very clean room, everything looked new.

Wish the parking was free but ah well thats how things are nowadays.

The room was amazing. Such nice staff. Location isnt far you have loads of options everywhere. Room was so clean

We thoroughly enjoyed our three-night stay. The hotel is conveniently located just off the M5, with easy access to nearby supermarkets and petrol stations, which made everything very straightforward.
On arrival, the staff were welcoming and extremely helpful, particularly when explaining the car parking arrangements. Our first room had a minor issue (there seemed to be a smell from the air conditioning), but after we mentioned it to reception, we were immediately moved to another room without any fuss. The replacement room was very comfortable and perfectly suited our needs.
Breakfast and evening meals are available at the Brewers Fayre pub next door, and the food was good. It’s worth pre-booking to take advantage of the meal deals.
We would happily stay again, mainly because of the prompt, no-quibble service and the friendly, helpful staff.

Great location, comfortable clean room, great night's sleep, reception staff very welcoming, food at Brewers Fayre disappointing, one toaster for all the guests, wrong dish brought over, cold hard cauliflower cheese

Excellent service would highly recommend staff very helpful rooms clean and beds very comfortable easy to get to .Great having a onsite restaurant breakfast good standard easily accessible and clean

Been hebeli a few tiles not, away a pleasure to see a happy team. Room was clean and tiyal as usual. Location is ideal for airport so you don't have to travel to far away. The pub next door was on. Will definatly be back in a few months time when in UK again

arrived at this premier inn on the 22nd to celebrate my partners birthday. i rang ahead to tell them of the occasion and on entering the bedroom there was a wonderful surprise of cake, balloons and a card. we’ve stayed at many premier inns before and this was by far the best. courteous staff and very clean room. will definitely be back again!

I was slightly anxious about my trip as it was the 1st time I had to travel alone in a few years. I called the hotel in advance of my stay as I had a lot of questions. The lady on the phone was so lovely and instantly put me at ease. When I arrived at the hotel I was greeted by the receptionist who checked me in, helped me with my parking and sorting my restaurant reservations. The room was clean and the bed really comfortable. I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and cannot fault the hotel or the staff. A really pleasant experience

My parents were coming to visit for Christmas but unfortunately we didnt have room for them to stay with us so I booked them in to this hotel as it is near to our home. They were extremely happy with the service they received and said they were really impressed with how friendly and helpful the staff had been. They have asked me to book them in again for next year. Thank you Premier Inn Exeter. Happy New Year to you all 🙂

Great stay

Great Location and Excellent

Have stayed in many Premier Inn locations, this is our eighth different one this year. This time a Premier Plus room, the usual comfortable room and bed. Friendly and helpful staff. A fixed shower, I prefer a flex, and bath. One light in the bathroom not working. Could do with some drawers to store clothing in, especially if staying for more than one day. Coffee machine, fridge and iron/ironing board are useful but you pay extra for a Premier Plus room to get this. Restaurant easy accessible, food ok, breakfast, the usual fare, ok. Parking outside cost £7 for a night’s stay.

I think my vote for the best Premier Inn I’ve stayed in this year goes to premier plus room in Premier Inn, Washington

Ok visit

great stay!

Stayed 1 night with my disabled husband. Staff very friendly. They gave us a large disabled room with large accessible bathroom. Very comfortable, clean and good value £66. The only downside was it was the 1st room next to reception and the door accessing the rooms from reception kept banging every time anyone walked through. Don't choose room no. 1. Other than that very comfortable, with large bed, tea & coffee and large TV. Great all you can eat breakfast £9.99 next door at the Brewery Fayre, very good value. Would definitely recommend.

Comfortable hotel and friendly staff

Lovely hotel experience

Very good sleep

Good hotel.

Warm comfortable bed and room with clean linen, coffee making facilities. The staff at reception were friendly and let me use their fridge for food for the family the following day. However the bathroom, spotlessly clean could do with a new coat of paint.
