Wow, what can I say? Fantastic holiday excellent staff the lodge we stayed in was so clean and contained everything we needed and such a beautiful location. We met Gavin who welcomed us and was such an excellent asset to the company. Amy from Reception made the check-in process so easy. can’t wait to book again.

The restaurant was amazing! 
The staff and the food was great and very clean inside. 
Everyone was really helpful and amazing with the kids. 
The atmosphere was incredible and would 100% come back. 
The activities for the children to do whilst waiting for food was great! Lots to do and the menu was perfect.

Another great visit for the second year. Again could not fault any of the staff in reception very welcoming and was remembered from the previous year.  Caravan Weybridge 2 could not fault again had everything you require to make a lovely dinner, after a relaxing pre dinner drink in club house.  Again bar staff so welcoming.  So looking forward to seeing you all next year in October. 

This was a lovely site. We stayed in the St Austell 3.
It was veryclean , and comfortable. The beds  were made up and towels supplied.
Staff were very helpful. 
Bistro for food and a takeaway services, and bar. 
They made our dogs very welcome and had a 
Doggy treat bag for them on arrival.

Just back from a long weekend with my husband and 4 month old baby. The caravan was modern and clean. The site is kept well and is spotless. The site is quiet but that suits us as there was only one other family in the pool 😅 perfect for a quieter holiday park and only a short drive to the beach. We loved it and will be back. Thank you all. Staff on reception and bar staff were friendly and informative. 

Very warn welcome with a welcome drink waiting at check in.
Very friendly and helpful staff with lots of information. 
The site is very well maintained very clean and well equipped. 
The restaurant and bar onsite is very well priced and the food was excellent. 
We stayed in a lodge with a hot tub the whole accommodation was spotless and very well equipped. 
The bus stop is just outside of the camp and it's £1.60 single to get into newquay.

Can’t recommend this park enough we had an amazing holiday first time on this site, staff were so welcoming and friendly, bucks fizz on arrival and treats for my puppy, lovley walks around the site, clean caravan mobile home, the staff were so freindly and helpful, activities were good and not far from Newquay, padstow, beaches, we can’t wait to return. Big shout out to Ralph in the reception area he was totally amazing and kind

we have stayed at piran meadows over 8 times over the past 5 years and have thoroughly enjoyed it . The last two visits between Christmas and New Year and lately feb half term . Staying in various levels of accommodation ( all on the whole excellent) even the most basic ones .
What puts the icing on the cake is the staff .
All of them excellent and friendly.
Naming all of them .Bar management team Bryony, Lee, Tegan, the bar team Devon , Emily and Jack all lovely but especially Jack who took time to talk and make us very welcome .
the kitchen team Shane, Mal,Raf,Lewis and Paul . They produced delicious food consistently We celebrated my brothers 60th and they took excellent care of us . The chips the chips the chips !!!!! delicious 😋 
And finally the fabulous reception team - Amy -& the team , nothing was too much trouble . 
our only gripe … shutting the whole bar and food area on a sunday , food at 5pm , bar last orders 730pm, said staffing levels , understandable but if we had gone for a long weekend and found this on our last evening  we would have been very upset . Luckily we had a week there.

Bought this as a Christmas present for my sister, brother in law and their two children. Booked the Perranporth Premiere because it had a huge hot tube and accepted dogs. The reception staff were so friendly when we checked in and gave us a doggie treat bag for each of our dogs. The lodge was big, warm and very well equipped. The entire park was spotlessly clean and so quiet and peaceful. All 6 of us and the two dogs will 100% return again

Amazing park we got checked in at 12.30 very early,all reception staff friendly and helpful,caravan was very clean and comfortable st austell 2 no 40 right by the carpark kids indoor playarea was small but very good for the little one's 
Swimming pool was nice and warm and Jenney the leasure managers was very nice and helpful.The Park is very clean and 8 minutes away from a mcdonalds and morrisons no more than 15 mins drive to fristal beach.we will be back.

As regular visitors to Piran Meadows (average twice a year!). We were looking forward to returning. Whilst I would never wish to criticise this park, it has become a little less appealing in the last couple of years. It appears that staffing levels are lower than they used to be. The beautifully manicured lawns and hedges are somewhat scruffy and there doesn't appear to be a regular gardening team. We stayed in No. 84, driving back to the junction with the main road through the park we noticed that the mirror opposite the junction is covered by leaves and unable to display the road left and right. This is DANGEROUS! The grass and weeds around the caravans is left un-trimmed, No big deal just looks scruffy.
When we first visited Piran Meadows, the reception was always well staffed, there was a guy there called Ralph who was the epitome of everything good about your company. Sadly I understand he left a couple of years ago as his hours had been cut making the job unviable for him. It seems as though this could have become a theme!
For balance, Accommodation was immaculate (as usual), although a little tired in places. The bar/restaurant was friendly and welcoming and all the staff, especially the cleaners were 1st, Class. We fully intend to return again, hopefully you will be able to wave your middle fingers and say how good is it now? Haha. All best wishes.

Our favourite holiday destination! Please dont change our minds!

Just returned from our third visit to Piran Meadows resort. We always stay in a St Austell  2 caravan as we like the situation. 
They are starting to look a little tired now eg radiator in en suite was very rusty and there was rust on the bathroom mirrors too. The clothes airer was broken and the outdoor table and chairs could do with a lick of paint. Otherwise the caravan was clean, bedding and towels were very good and there was wash up liquid, sponge and tea towel. The TV in the lounge had been upgraded to smart TV and there were plenty of channels. It would be great if those minor issues could be dealt with ready for when we return next year( we have already booked for 17 to 24 May.)
The bar was once again very pleasant and we found all staff friendly and welcoming.

Just a few minor issues( easy to deal with)

Our 3rd visit to Piran Meadows. We stayed in May as a family group with 2 lodges, a Perranporth and Truro premier. Neither lodge was clean on arrival, had to clean all worktops, oven and pots before use. The gas hob in one lodge only had two working hobs, this was reported and someone came to fix, however still only 2 worked throughout the stay. 
Not enough glasses for the amount of people occupying the lodge, and no plastic glasses provided, to use outside or around the hot tub. That is usually standard in most lodges. 
The lodges are showing signs of tiredness, one lodge had a hole in the decking, both lodges had chips in doors, rusting radiators and mirrors. The walls had marks on. Generally they just need a good deep clean, painting and some fixtures and fittings renewing.  
The hot tubs are very old and the jets don’t work as well as they used to. The maintenance people are very good at keeping the hot tubs clean and can only do so much to keep them running as best as they can. 
Overall we still had a good holiday, was there to enjoy the area so didn’t spend massive amounts of time in the lodges. 
We would return as we love visiting Cornwall, the staff are all friendly and the park is in a good location.
