Pension Pertisauerhof 

I stayed here for a week. The check in is in the Hotel Kristal, about 100 m from the Pertisauerhof. The staff were very friendly, and kindly exchanged our room when we received a single instead of the double we had booked. We just had breakfast here everyday. It was fine, nothing special, but they did boil eggs on request. That was the only hot food, but the quality of the food was good. In the Pertisauerhof you are free to use the facilities of the 4 star Hotel Kristal, as part of your stay. This was amazing. We used the pools everyday, and the spa facilities. The town is very quiet and there are some shows on in the evening. The restaurants were a bit more expensive when compared to other Austrian towns. The lake was amazing, and renting boats is very easy. You pay after you've returned, so you can stay out as long as possible. Would recommend a visit to the lawn beach at Bachau too. The hotel was a bit shabby, but we really only slept there, so it depends on what type of stay you're looking for.
