Positives. Room was spotless with allocated but not en suite bathroom. Extensive continental breakfast was plentiful and good quality. Turtle's in the garden was an interesting bonus. Free off street secure parking. Smart TV. Mini Bar available, free water, beers etc at cost. Negatives. There isn't really anything in walking distance, you need to drive to get to nearby Pizzaria.
