I had another great time staying at Allison's cottages , the cottage sparkling as always as was hot tub , and welcomed in person by allison who allowed me to book last minute , always goes above and beyond x

The cottage and hot tub were a really nice treat for my 40th birthday from my friend. We enjoyed it so much the views were beautiful and it was so peacefull. Lovely wee cottage and great host. Would recommend if looking for a peaceful relaxed night or two away

Love this place! We’ve being twice now, so quiet, own hot tub, everything is there that you would need, place is amazing, shops aren’t too far away, they are super friendly & welcoming too, lovely for a night or a few nights away, so peaceful, highly recommend

Once again this is a great wee place to visit to relax. Hot tub is brilliant, bed and pillows so comfy. Alison is an excellent host very helpful and went above and beyond putting up birthday banners and bottle wine in cottage for my partner's birthday. Also nice touch of a loaf , butter, jam milk and tea/coffee too. Excellent value for money

Had the most amazing short break in farm cottage yet again , booked into the stables cottage this time with outdoor hot tub and very own private  sauna, cottage was spotlessly clean and decor gorgeous, have stayed in Allison's cottages a few times now and will definitely be back again as will my niece whom hadn't stayed before but was so impressed now planning on returning with her fiend , the scenery and tranquility is perfect for relaxing chilling out in definitely would recommend these cottages

The hosts at Thirdpart Farm were very welcoming and accommodating. The house was really quirky and the rooms were great, plenty of amenities and very spacious and comfortable. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were also spotlessly clean. Breakfast was fantastic, made to order by the brilliant Gary and provided plenty of choice for all of us! The surrounding area was very quiet and yet just 10 minutes away from local towns, lovely walks and public transport. As a family, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Thirdpart Farm and would undoubtedly stay again.

Stayed in the grooms cottage with hot tub. Everything was perfect from check in to Check our. Hosts were lovely and went through everything with us on arrival. Cottage was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. Lovely peaceful location within 5 min drive to town in beith for supplies. Will absolutely be back soon thanks

Great wee place too stay! Allison was amazing - From start to finish it was so homely and fantastic - The hot tub was great and we encountered a little bit of a problem but Allison quickly sorted it😁

I stayed for 3 nights as I was working in the area. The room was large and tastefully decorated to a high standard. The bed very squashy, you literally sank into it. Breakfast is hearty and staff very friendly. I am thinking I might have to mark it down as I am just reading about everyone's experience in the hot tub and I didn't even know they had one!

Great bed and breakfast in a quiet location but you do need they use of a car as it is a great base for touring around northwest of Scotland with spectacular scenery.Bedrooms are airy with large beds a very comfortable room.shower is modern and it has tea and coffee facilities in room. The staff are friendly and the breakfast provided was excellent plentiful but fresh with quality food items a real treat.Will definetly be paying another visit.

Outstanding relaxing place to visit

We were looking for a place in the country but close to the airport and this was ideal. It's a lovely period house with a lot of original features and nice gardens. 
Our room was on the ground floor. It was spacious and comfortable with tea and coffee and a T.V. The only downside was that our bathroom was a bit pokey and you had to go across the corridor.
There is a lovely place for dinner, the Blair, just five minutes away.
Our breakfast was served in the dining room which has beautiful period ceilings. The breakfast was delicious and the owner very friendly.
I would recommend this for a night if you are flying out and don't want to stay in an airport hotel. It took us twenty minutes to get to the airport.

Ideal for an overnight stay before a flight from Glasgow Airport.

Perfect in everyway possible, everything provided for amazing stay right down to local take away menus if just planning on chill

A fantastic little B&B with wonderful hosts!

Gary and Alison provide a warm welcome to their farmhouse. Comfortable beds , large rooms. Breakfasts are enormous and served by Gary in a bright and cheerful manner in a comfortable breakfast room. Stayed for three nights and Gary couldn't have been  more helpful in providing gluten free and dairy free alternatives. Top man.

Great B and B in quiet location

My partner & I stayed at Grooms Cottage for an overnight & it was amazing from start to finish. On arrival we were shown in & around including how to use the hot tub. It was a lovely touch for the heating to be on for our arrival, there is everything you need for your stay whether it’s one or more nights. We have been telling all of our friends about this & we will be returning ourselves. Highly recommend.

Perfect little overnight

My Fiance & I have just returned from a lovely overnight stay in Grooms cottage, the full cottage was spotless very modern decor everything we needed was there already plates glasses cutlery towels ect. It's very peaceful and tranquil. We were shown around & left to enjoy. There's small details that make all the difference for me personally, eygption cotton towels & really good quality cotton bedding. We both spent most of our evening in the hot tub even in the rain it was fab. We also had the chance to see round the other 2 cottages which were also stunning very much the same modern decor theme throughout. We can't wait to come back again when we are Mr&Mrs 😁
