I stayed for one night at Hotel via City Leipzig Mitte while attending a concert at the Parkbühne – and I was truly impressed! The location is outstanding: just a few minutes’ walk from the tram station and very easy to reach from the main train station. The surrounding area is vibrant and full of life, with countless restaurants, cafés, and bars – even right next to the hotel itself. The staff welcomed me warmly and were very attentive. Although there’s no elevator, I was immediately offered help with carrying my luggage upstairs (I had just a backpack, so it wasn’t an issue). My room was on the third floor and faced the street. I was informed it might be a bit noisier, and they offered a quieter room facing the courtyard – great service! I stayed with earplugs and slept perfectly. The room was clean, nicely furnished, and well-equipped – tea, coffee, kettle, mini-fridge (which I really appreciated given the hot weather), and a ceiling fan. The bathroom was small but clean and functional, with a strong shower and all the essentials provided. Walking to the Parkbühne took about 15 minutes through a lovely park. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. If I return to Leipzig, I will definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended!
