Golden Sun Hotel (Adult Only 12+) 

My partner and I went away for 6 nights, and the first thing we noted was the ambient lighting at night, along with the hotel having many friendly cats and a dog greeting us. The golden retriever was standing near the entrance and happily received belly rubs. We were escorted to our room and were happy with it. The bathroom was a tiny wet room, and it wasn't too spacious, but it was enough for what we needed, as we didn't spend much time there. beds were comfy, and housekeeping was always quick, and it smelt great. We had to pay for wifi (10 euros), and it would only work on one device, but we only had our phones, so that wasn't a problem. The rooms had a safe we had to pay for too. We went at the start of September and never had to fight for sun loungers around either pool. There were activities going on throughout the day, from yoga and aqua aerobics to darts and great night-time events. There was music every night until 11/12, and it wasn't hard to sleep with it going on if you wanted an early night. The food was good for an all-inclusive. It had your standard pasta and rice dishes but also offered free bottled water, coffee and juice, as well as a fresh grill and pizza station, with a good selection at the salad and dessert bar. Fine dining wasn't expected, so this was perfect for us to relax with breakfast, late breakfast, lunch, snacks, Ice cream, tea and dinner, so there was always an opportunity to eat. There were massages available on site ranging from 500TL-2000TL and they were really good for the price, so we got one almost every day. All the staff were really friendly but also worked quietly in the background to ensure the hotel was clean and running. The beach was a short 5 minute walk from the hotel, and there were some shops along the road to get your Turkish Gucci from. A very welcoming shop next door for gifts and really tasty Turkish delight and Locum that was worth a try, as well as a shop across the road for food and drinks. Finally, we would like to give a shout-out to our rep, Levant. He was very friendly and made booking trips an easy process with good prices. Nothing seemed too expensive. Turkish transport can be confusing, but he was always a WhatsApp message away. Whenever we had an issue, he was able to solve it quickly for us. He took a lot of stress out of the holiday. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday by the pool and a few trips out, then this place will not disappoint. We would happily return for 4-6 nights again to relax and recover. The price felt very worth it.
