Lovely room. Very clean. Amazingly comfortable bed. Even a sea view. Good location Very nice friendly informative staff. Would definitely recommend and visit again

The welcome on arrival was really friendly, and this was reflective of the service throughout our limited one night stay. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the layout maximised the space in the room itself. The bathroom.... lets just say that was very small, and the bathroom door would benefit from frosted glass. This is the only negative, but I think for more than 1 night it would have been a challenge. The shower is a good size, but with the sink it's a bit of a struggle. 
Breakfast, I ordered the full English, was top class. Excellent in every way. Genuinely, I'm hungry thinking about it now when writing this.

This guest house is in a fantastic location, 5 mins to a lovely beach and cafe . We stayed here for 2 nights and had a small but lovely cosy room with sea views. It’s very quiet here . 
The breakfast was lovely , good choice of cereals , fresh fruit and the cooked breakfast is lovely can’t fault anything about this guest house .

A really lovely little guest house with (I think) eight rooms. It's in a nice quiet road which is only a short distance from Gyllyngvase Beach (with it's excellent beach restaurant and really useful Co-Op which stays open until late).  Room and bed were extremely comfortable and the facilities were spotless.  Breakfasts were excellent too. There is enough on-site parking for all guests which is always a plus.  Overall, we reckon Bosaneth is excellent value-for-money when compared to other establishments nearby, and we hope we're able come back here soon.

Stayed here for 3 night break with my husband & what a lovely weekend stay it was! We stayed in the Pennance room & the view from the room is amazing, it even has a lovely window seat!  There was plenty of breakfast options, all cooked fresh to order & it was delicious. The location is perfect, just a stroll down to the beach & an easy walk into town where there are plenty of shops, bars & places to eat. I would highly recommend this place!

To say this place is perfect is an understatement.  We needed a place to stay due to a poor Airbnb experience, and to find Zana and Bosanneth was just amazing.  The location is perfect, the room is perfect, the service, the breakfast everything just perfection. If you come across this guest house and there are room's free, dont pass by, book, as you'll not find a more welcoming and perfectly located guest house in Falmouth.  We will be back for sure. Lovely owner, breakfast and beach cafe / restaurant 50 yards away

We were visiting family and hotel in great location and ideal for our requirements. We were very well looked after and staff were friendly, pleasant and helpful.

Friendly welcome and a lovely  clean comfortable room. A perfect breakfast in the morning plenty to choose from, I can not fault this guest-house and will stay again.

Just what we were looking for!

Lovely comfortable hotel.

The most perfect guest house in Falmouth

Wonderful little place within a short walk of the beach. Absolutely lovely hosts in Clive and Daniel. There was nothing to fault: beautiful neutral palette, view of the sea from our balcony, a comfortable bed big enough for two starfish (and recently sanitised), lovely choice of toiletries, well provisioned room and enough tea, milk and biscuits so we didn’t run out - a little miracle. Nothing was too much trouble, the breakfast was delicious, the service was efficient and friendly. I think this was one of the nicest places we have stayed at.

Everything was perfect

Honestly one of the best B&Bs I’ve ever stayed in. Felt more like a luxury hotel. Loved the room, very spacious and comfortable. Nice views of the sea and the lovely garden of the B&B too. Nothing was too much trouble and the hosts were very attentive. Even down to the breakfast come the morning. I would recommend anyone to stay whilst visiting Falmouth or surrounding area. Very easy to walk to the town and beach.

Best place to stay

Excellent little boutique hotel , with kind friendly ex- owners running it; nothing is too much trouble. Well appointed near the town and sea, with gorgeous detailed decor in the rooms. Facilities all very thoughtful, and attention to detail amazing. Breakfast of kings , with all options for dietary requirements offered. Little gem!

Me and my partner stayed here at the beginning of February for 3 nights. We absolutely loved this Bed and Brekafast and if we visit Falmouth again Bossanet  will be our first and only choice. 
Room was lovely, bed very comfy, views amazing. We have booked a room with seaview. Breakfast outstanding and the hosts were just the best.
Always going the extra mile to accommodate everyone's needs. They were very chatty, and  we shared some giggles while having our breakfast.
The only thing I can mention as negative was that the WiFi did not work in our room, but we couldn't be bothered with it anyways. Rooms can be noisy at night 
 

A charming and cosy Bed and Brekafast with lovely views

Bossaneth is one of the best places we’ve stayed, it was excellent in every way. The room was lovely, spotlessly clean and very homely. The bed was very comfortable, everything was provided that we needed for a one night stay.
In the morning, breakfast was superb, and the hosts were so warm and friendly, we felt looked after and quite special. it’s a lovely hotel, beautifully decorated, and fairly close to Falmouth town.
We will definitely visit again, hopefully soon!
