Great sea view from the room and balcony. Lovely home cooked breakfast,our host Sharon was friendly and welcoming, our room was clean and well appointed with a comfy bed. Hotel is ideally located with a relatively short walk into Looe, also with access close by to the SW Coastal path.

Splendid host who made all feel welcome. Such a peaceful retreat in a nice part of town. Breakfast always outstanding.

Sharon is an amazing host. 
The place was very clean and well maintained. 
The breakfast was amazing fresh and very tasty. 
It's about a 10/15 minute walk into looe but you have amazing views as you walk in.
There loads of parking around sea view and it's very safe to leave the car when you're out and about. 
The bed was super comfortable and it a very good size room and a lovely hot shower and very tastefully decorated. 
Would happily stay again. 

Great location super room spotlessly clean very friendly welcoming host lovely breakfast 10 out of ten all round cant recommend highly enough. Location close to town and land train stop and two good cafes nice residential area quiet and peaceful will definately return.

Wonderful, very clean, excellent host.Only down side for my husband and I was the bed as we found it a little hard but then we suffer with joint and spine problems.

We have just returned from a 4 night stay at Seaview in Looe & can say it was a fantastic place to stay.  The room is very clean and comfortable with an excellent breakfast.  Sharon the landlady was very friendly & helpful & I would definitely recommend staying here.

This is a cracking little b&b - only three rooms, two of which have balconies and a sea view. The rooms are lovely, the balconies a real bonus, the food was excellent and Sharon was a lovely host - nothing was too much trouble. Check out her art work for sale in the dining room as well.

We have just had 4 day's at this lovely B & B, Sharon (the Owner) gave us a fab welcome. This place is in a quiet road and has parking just outside of the property. we had a seaview room with a balcony.

Stayed for 5 nights. Still has good covid precautions, one of which is to serve breakfast to the rooms rather than in the dining area. This was wonderful on a sunny day as the balcony gets the morning sun, however a little cramped when it was raining! Breakfast was delicious,with choices for both cooked and continental. Bed was comfortable and we slept well. My husband was worried about the parking which is on the road outside the garage, but we got a space each time we parked. There was a lovely kiosk just down the road and wonderful views across to Looe island. I suppose the one thing I missed was interaction with the owner, however understand her precautions as she has an extremely vulnerable family member.

Fantastic place to stay 

Wonderful views from the balcony

My husband and myself just spent 4 nights at this little gem of a place. We had a seaview room with a balcony. The room was fairly spacious and immaculately clean. The little balcony was lovely to sit out on in the sun even in October. Breakfast had to be ordered the night before and was delivered to your room due to covid. No full english breakfast but plenty of choice, the fresh fruit salad was lovely. Sharon couldnt have been more welcoming and helpful. The view was amazing and would highly recommend Seaview if you're looking for a lovely quiet b and b in beautiful Looe.

Wonderful place

Great little place tucked away just off the coast road in Hannafore, it's up the hill slightly so you still get a great view of the sea and Looe Island. Sharon is very welcoming and managing Covid controls very well. Breakfast in our room was a delight with lovely views of the bay from the french doors/balcony.  It's a short walk into Looe with a whole range of places to eat out. Highly recommend staying at Seaview - thank you Sharon.

Once again another wonderful stay.(quite a few in the past 11 years!!)
Always a very warm welcome from Sharon, Murray and lovely lady helpers with nothing too much trouble.
Great room with amazing sea views.
Fantastic breakfasts that really set you up for the day.

EXCELLENT

What a nice welcome, nice comfortable room, very clean, good views from the balcony, lay in bed looking at the sea.
The breakfast is excellent, nothing is too much trouble for Sharon, she ordered in gluten free sausages for me, both Sharon and Lesley her helper were very welcoming and we enjoyed a chat with them in the morning's.
We would revisit and would recommend

Having always holidayed at the same b&b we were a little concerned where we were going to go when it closed down. We really needn't have worried. Sharon and her team of lovely ladies run this b&b to perfection. The sea view, comfortable surroundings and fantastic breakfasts make it a b&b fit for a king. We enjoyed it so much we havee already booked for next year. 

Weeks holiday 

Love the place excellent staff that could not do enough for you..booked a caravan but got there with a 10 week old puppy and was upgraded to a bungalow with front fence garden so little one could runabout at a cost of £20 total bargain.the bungalow was amazing clean loads of space full kitchen and living room plus x2 bed rooms outstanding valve for money..
So close to looe bus stop just a 3 min walk so I could have a few Cornish rattles bus on way back drops you right out-side..
For a cost affected break you could not ask for more..great night life food good and do’s not break the bank 5 star place highly recommend to anyone..keep up the good work..thanks for a wonderful stay 

5 day break 

Right from our friendly welcome we knew we had made the right choice. Our room was spotless and very comfortable with a spectacular balcony with fantastic views out to sea and Looe island. The breakfasts were excellent, in particular the smocked haddock with poached egg or you could have a very filling full English. We will certainly be booking again for our next break.
