The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself.

To guarantee your reservation, a prepayment of 50% of the total cost of stay is required. A full invoice will be sent to the guest's email address. Prepayment must be made within 5 business days of receipt of the invoice, or the prepayment can be withdrawn from the guest's card linked to the reservation. The rest of the money is paid by the guest upon check-in.

In case of cancellation, the prepayment will be refunded as follows:

If the cancellation is more than 30 days before arrival, the 50% advance payment is refunded in full, if the cancellation is less than 30 days before arrival, the prepayment may be refunded only after providing a refund application in case of force majeure, proofed by documents and after consideration by the director.
