Oulu Hotelli Apartments

The apartment was well-furnished for our short stay and a good location, close to the water and market. I would stay here again.

Very comfortable temperature inside the apartment!

I was able to spend there comfortably because there was very clean and useful equipment.Once, Internet connection doesn't work, but the owner fixed it immediately.

This studio was very clean, silent , nice neighborhood, everything you have in the apartment.
Very good bathroom with good shower and warm floor. Everything was new and fresh. Very good beds and sheets.
I recommend to everyone to rent this place. This is quality . My girlfriend @ Laura Felea rented this place and we loved it!
It is also very good that the key is in a key box and it is very easy to get the key! Keep going like this!
Best regards,

Clean and fresh in an attractive location (City Center)

Super great, we preferred washing machine too and then will be best

Big apartment with sauna. Very easy to get keys at any time.

Checked in smoothly, got a room with gleaming equipment in a new apartment, seen the northern lights through the windows on balcony was so cozy, location is great close to every spot, would recommend everyone to stay!!

Clean, well equipped and convenient location. Arriving by train, I found it a little difficult to find initially. Found the key but despite having a rough idea of how to find the building, had a small problem locating the apartment. Perhaps more detailed instructions/map with key may help. Location an easy walk to town centre and market square as well as nearby attractions. Sauna next to bathroom was a welcome feature although, once again, clear instructions on how to operate would have been handy. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Our Apartment was nice. It is hard to say how your stay will be, this company has many apartments throughout town, they are not all in one place. You will get a key in a keyboard at a central location then drive to a building in town. The other Apartments are not for visitors. Parking Was difficult in town.

Nice, no complaints, nothing special.

We were looking for a quick stop on the way north, but Oulu seems a little short on hotels. So we decided on this apartment that's very nicely outfitted and had some lovely touches. Everything was well organized from picking up the keys to checking out. Some of the rules seem a little strict but that might be due to us not being used to this kind of accommodation (and people being inconsiderate). Would recommend for just one night, more suitable for longer stays.

Something different

Best room in oulu

We had an extremely hard time finding the place. It felt like having to do a scanvenger hunt to find the apartment. The "pick up" location is different from where the actual apartment is. The instructions sent weren't as clear & the sauna did not work. However the place was nice and comfy, walking distance to the train station.

Below average

Clean, well equipped and convenient location.

What a bizarre concept. There is no actual hotel. In fact there is no actual lobby. There was just a word on the street at the location listed where are you Open a key box, get a key, and have to drive to another location to find your apartment room. It is all very confusing and frustrating as well as taking a great deal to find the place. Once there everything was very good and clean. This was not made clear on your site and it must be done so for the future. The price was also excellent. Still it is a strange concept and very difficult to understand what was going on when I was trying to find the room.

Cheap, nice, and bizarre. No actual hotel or lobby

Nice and cozy apartment, located very near to the train station, nearby indian restaurants, ( new mumbai must to go) , mini supermarket. spacious , nice kitchen with a good view. good wifi , automated key collection meaning no check in ( no waiting time or paper work), See the map collect the key and follow the map to locate the apartment - Sign board is missing , Felt like staying in our own home. A nice choice to stay for more than 2 days. No lift so prepare to carry the luggage.

Cosy apartment located near the station

Stayed in a studio apartment with sauna for 4 nights. All instructions for the collection of the keys were received as and when promised. The apartment was in the perfect town centre location near Oulu tori. It was immaculately clean and amazingly well equipped.
Best bit: because Finnair had misplaced my luggage (boo) and it was Sunday night... I could at least have a sauna - shower gel provided!

Finnish design at its best

It was a really nice stay. Although it was difficult to find out our accommodation at first because of it was located in an apartment, it was like as an "usual" living as Oulu citizen. We could see the northern lights from the room in the midnight! We never forget our experience in Oulu. We certainly choose the accommodation again!

Very nice!!

Excellent stay, everything you need you found in the room. Very good for a family with children. Good location, we arrived rather late but could still get some takeaway from the Indian restaurant at the corner and 24 h open SALE was just two blocks away. Very easy and comfortable to stay here, recommended!
