Camping Les Araucarias 

We stayed on two separate occasions in September whilst en-route to Spain. We researched the area prior to us staying so pretty much knew what to expect. The site is set in woodland with pitches quite private compared to other sites we have stayed at. There is a small unisex shower/toilet block on site and also laundry facilities too. Nearby in the village we noticed a take away pizza shop but we didn't use it. However, on one of our nights we drove to Noyon and ate at a 'Buffalo steakhouse' which filled the spot. Be careful though as it got busy later on at weekend. We hit lucky by going at 6pm. The campsite is small and adequate and I would have no problem in using it as a base for a week to explore the countryside and surrounding area. Note though, that reception closes for a couple of hours between 4pm-8pm but cannot remember what times exactly. There is a bell to press though if you're a new arrival and they will assist you. Great value for money. We paid E11,20 for one pitch with two adults including a Land Rover!
