Clean and comfortable. Minibar fridge did not work. Friendly staff

A very friendly host greeted us at the door and clearly explained everything.

Everything was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful (even printed out a train timetable for us) and the breakfast was good. Thank you.

Nice Little hotel with friendly service and with a good location for visits to Dresden and the Elbsandsteingebirge. There are nice restaurants in walking distance from the hotel at riverside of the Elbe river and with a nice view to the river and the bridge "Blaue Wunder"

The room was perfectly clean, and convienent. Only thing to negative experience was too warm during the night time , but the weather conditions in Dresden during our stay was exteremely hot, during the day was above 30 degrees.

It was a really nice stay. Guest house had a welcoming atmosphere. We were 3 persons staying and the room was a great for that.

It is in a nice big old house. The room is clean and very nicely decorated. The bathroom is big. Their daughter is the receptionist and prepares breakfast. Plenty of parking spaces nearby for a fee.

Very large comfortable rooms, helpful and friendly staff and near the local town, although it was a bus and tram ride away from the main Dresden town.

Spent two nights in july 2015.
It was easy to find. The room was clean. The breakfast was good, the stuff friendly and helpful. 
There is no air conditioner but the owner provided a fan wich helped a little because it was unexpectedly hot.
The location was good, at 3-5 minutes walk from the bus station. There is a very pleasant restaurant in the neighborhood: "Körnergarten", that the locals seemed to prefer (and we did too).
The street seamed a litlle strange with a couple of abandoned houses, but it was quiet and safe.
It has a small parking right beside, and a bigger one 50 feet further.
We liked and we really appreciate the owner work and efforts.

Decent

The hotel was nice, clean and spacious.  The staff was very accommodating when we had car problems, and informed them that we would be arriving late.  The neighborhood area was nice and quiet.  They were able to supply us with a fan, which was great since it was quite warm outside.  The beds were comfortable.  The breakfast was good.

Nice hotel in a great location

We stayed in this hotel for a night and were positively surprised about the rooms.
As the prices were low we expected to be accommodated in a cheap room without a good view or a bad interior but the room was just perfect.
We stayed in a room directly under the rood and had a wonderful view of the stars and the night sky from our bed at night which was very romantic.
The disadvantage of such a room is that the ceiling of the room is relatively low but as both of us are short we never hit our head on the ceiling.
The only thing about the room that didn't please us was that the mattress had an empty space between them which proved to be like a border between the two halves of the bed.

The stuff is friendly and caring. They speak a heavy Saxon dialect at some times though which makes it difficult to understand them sometimes.

The location close the the Blaues Wunder and the Weißer Hirsch is very convenient but quite far away from the centre of Dresden.

The breakfast is not that big but you can ask for more.
The room where the breakfast is served may be considered a little small or to crowded with old clocks but it was okay for both of us.

We really enjoyed our stay there and we would like to go there again :)

Surprisingly good

This is a very simple, but perfectly adequate guesthouse a bit out from town, but great if you don't mind a short tram/bus ride to the center. I stay here for work, so it's perfect--inexpensive, low-stress, and the neighborhood is very cute and also delightfully Christmasy this time of year. Breakfast is overpriced, but ok, especially given the low price of the rooms. I make this my pied a terre when I am in Dresden, so I obviously recommend it!

A nice little hotel in a cute neighborhood

Hello! Hotel is situated 4-5 km from city center in calm place nearby Elba river. To rich the center you need to have a car or use urban transport which stops close to the hotel. Hotel itself is an old house but in a good condition - as for us it was even more interesting to live in such buildibg than in a modern hotel. Brakfast was included and OK. The owner was also very kind and helpfull. He speaks english as well. Goof place for affordable money.

Nice room. We used it to sleep not spend a lot of time in the room.Clean and nice.Nice soft bed and good pillow.We tried the cable car (Standseilbahn) to the top, and ate at the restaurant Luisenhof Dresden. Good view and good food.
