Very nice hotel. Simple but everything is clean and nothing is broken, very positive experiance. They allow dogs, and all the staff are super friendly. Codebox for key allows for late arrival. Been there twice in last 2 weeks, and it will be our choice again next time we are in Dusseldorf. First time we asked for a room at the annex (and got it). However upon arrival late friday evening there was a big party/event right next door. But the reception changed our room to the main building when we called without hessitation. Very nice service through out…!
