Hotel Rossner

Made the stay seem like home. Sabine, the owner, was always there to help or answer questions. Clean, modern and comfortable! A true landmark of Münchberg.

Lovely, welcoming hotel. On arrival we were taken to.our room, it was huge, absolutely clean and an equally huge and clean ensuite. Down to the dining room, beautifully laid out, tempting menu .. and when the food came, totally superb. Breakfast the same standard... huge choice, superb eggs, warm rolls, choice of meats and cheeses and wonderful home made jam, and more. We stay in the area a lot, this was our first visit, without a doubt it wont be our last. The best for everything in the area

Really good small family hotel. Very clean and very good service. We arrived at odd hrs but we checked in and helped immediately and a delicious dinner spent a quiet night the rooms and beds are big, airy and with nice bathrooms. After a nice stay we started out with an excellent breakfast.

We stayed at this hotel overnight on our way to Austria. The room was clean, the wifi was good, the welcome was warm. The hotel is simple but very convenient as promised. We also had a good dinner and breakfast. Simple but nice.

Incredible standard and value 

Like Home!

Very cozzy, as expected

For the 2nd year in a row, we went to Gastaetta Rossner for our New Years Eve dinner.  Food is very good, no complaints.   The place has about 10 tables.   We came at 8:00pm and we were more than likely the last new guests.  Both years we have made a reservation and both years everything moved at a tortoise pace.   They only have one waitress for the special night.   Based upon the time it took to get our food, the must only have one cook.   The staff was maybe capable of supporting 5 tables, but of course they book the place out.   Most everyone was finished eating when we arrived, so it is beyond me why it took until 9:37pm to get our food.   The waitress was doing her very best and I have no issues with her.   But management has it head somewhere between its buttocks to think that small staff is sufficient to provide acceptable service to its customers.  Two years in a row the exact same thing happened, so it wasn't just a bad night.

This review is only about the Gastaette and their lack of employees in order to provide good service.
