My wife and I were looking for a hotel for just a single night on our way to Italy and found Hotel Luga which proved to be a good choise. We got a nice, clean and fairly big room and service was courteous and friendly from check-in to check-out. As it was a warm day, we had to have the window open until late in the evening to cool down and feared having our sleep disturbed by quite a lot of traffic noise, but our fears we put to shame. The second we closed the window the room instantly became eerily silent. We couldn't believe our own ears, but got a good night's sleep. After a good breakfast we were ready to move on refreshed and ready for many more kms on the roads. The hotel is comfortably close to the old town and prices are fair. The beds were nice, the service impeccable, parking and wifi were free and we will recommend this hotel to anybody who needs a good night's sleep in Nurnberg.
