Celebrating two special birthdays in our family, we visited for 3 nights. Hotel was beautiful - decoration, ambience and service. Rooms comfortable and appreciated the constant restocking of water. Bathroom beautiful but would have liked a stand up shower. Spa was small but full of character. Treatments a bit on the pricey side so we just used the pool, beds and sauna. Had the five course tasting menu one evening. Very good and nice touch with the birthday desserts! Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. If we return to Krakow we will be staying here again! Thank you for looking after us!
