This is about Apartaments Nàutic Inmoexpress;

Adrian, the recepcionist. This guy is top. Adrian is helpful, respectful and hard-worker. He deserves to work in a much better place.

The location of the apartment is good. Very close to the beach and facilities (restaurants, supermarkets, etc.).

But...
The building is old and in very need of restoration. It seems that Inmoexpress (the company that rents the apartments) don`t really care about it.

There`s no elevator, so don`t make the mistake to choose a higher floor than de 2nd as we did.

The apartment was not clean as it should be (there was too much dust) and it also needs to be restored. There was rust in the kitchen cabinets and fungi in the toilet!

The apartment is equipped with the very very very basic. Old furniture and cutlery.

Almost every day there was a bad smell coming from the toilet tubes (and no...it was never our fault :) )

Once was enough...
