Casona de Cefontes 

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming rural hotel near Gijón. The location is ideal for exploring Asturias, as it is situated in the middle of the province and very close to Gijón, making it easy to visit the city and the surrounding areas. The hotel itself is a true gem, beautifully designed and maintained, tastefully decorated, impeccably clean, and full of character. Our room was comfortable and well-appointed, and the breakfast was delicious, with freshly prepared dishes each morning. The garden is immaculate, a serene spot surrounded by vibrant flowers where you can truly unwind. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. Special mention goes to Cristina, the owner/manager, whose warmth, dedication, and attention to every detail made our stay truly memorable. She went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home and provided helpful advice for exploring the area. There are several restaurants nearby, accessible by foot or car, serving very tasty food for dinner. Overall, this hotel is a perfect blend of comfort, charm, and outstanding hospitality. Highly recommended!
