Great rooms. For 300baht a night you get a big room and bathroom, both very clean and well kept. The room has beautiful wooden features and a TV but no AC just a fan. To be honest for the time of year we visited a fan is sufficient at night. The king size bed is reasonably comfortable and the outside seating area is awesome to enjoy a few beers at the end of the day. We just paid for 1 day and then extended it each morning as we didn't know how long we'd be in Pai for. Owners are pleasant and friendly.
