Miracle Resort Hotel - All Inclusive 

We've now stayed at Miracle three times, and that alone says a lot. It was once again a great trip, and the hotel remains an easy choice for a family holiday. Service: Friendly and helpful overall. There's some room for improvement here, but it was consistently at an acceptable level and never took away from the experience. Cleanliness: Excellent — one of the hotel's real strengths. The rooms, toilets, and surrounding areas were spotless, and the garden and grounds were beautifully maintained throughout our stay. Food: Good quality, just as we remembered from last year. We also really appreciate that the food is served by the waiters rather than everyone helping themselves — it feels more hygienic and keeps things orderly. The only small note is that the meat options felt a bit limited this time — a little more variety there would round out an otherwise strong dining experience. Pools & Beach: Fantastic. The pools are excellent and the beach is great. The waterland was a huge hit — our kids absolutely loved it and it was a highlight of the trip. Security: Very good. The lifeguards in particular were strict about enforcing the rules, which we genuinely appreciated — it made us feel safe and relaxed with the children around the water. Overall: 5/5. A wonderful family hotel we happily keep returning to. One small suggestion: as returning guests on our third visit, it would be a lovely touch to receive some form of recognition — even a minor room upgrade or small gesture — to show appreciation for loyal guests. It would make a great stay feel even more special and give us even more reason to keep coming back.
