Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars).

Under the new immigration procedures, effective May 1, 2025, all foreign nationals entering Thailand by air, land or sea must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online form on the official website of the Bureau of Immigration of Thailand three days prior to arrival. All special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests must provide a valid credit card upon check-in to secure any damages incurred during the stay. No preauthorization will be made. Guests must provide a valid form of government regulated identification (eg. passport, ID card, driver’s license, etc.) upon check-in. Please let the property know the expected arrival time in advance. Guests can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property directly. Airport pick-up and drop-off service are available at no additional charge between 8 am and 8 pm for guests who stay for a minimum of 2 nights. Floating Breakfast needs to be reserved upon check-in which costs THB 500 per person. For the safety reason, please be informed there are many steps in rooms. Lunch and dinner cost THB 750 per person per day. The property is about 10 kilometers from shopping centers, night clubs, and the old town. The property offers free afternoon tea. The use of the pool barbeque at the accommodation is available for an additional charge THB 800 per person. |
