The hotel manager is a true professional. He manages situations, not resolves conflicts. For him, guest is guest, isn't just numbers, he creates every opportunity to make you feel at home. Was already 2 times, would like to stay only there: 1. Center (location), 2.Manager (smart, intelligent, real professional of his job), 3. White linens, clean rooms, 4. Historical building with vintage atmosphere, wood doors in Grand Budapest hotel styled, corridors with carpets etc etc. (Wes Anderson you know what I mean).
