Don't look any further you've got everything you need.Location, town centre, metro 200m, train 600m .The train station is the terminus so always got seats before Garibaldi. Restaurant la Fedele just around the corner, massive pizzas 10 to 14 euros.Beer 4 euros for 66cl peroni. Valentina (speaks excellent English)and Dario excellent hosts nothing too much trouble, tourist information and booking. Use Dario for airport taxi 25 euros each way it makes entry to the b and b easy. Breakfast excellent,try the marmalade crepes. Just one note Naples is on the flight path so occasional noise from aircraft landing when on the patio, not so bad in the room. Drinks from the room fridge cheap and the patio has sun loungers which is great in the evening.
