The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. The hotel consists of three buildings: Arena — 3 stars, Salut — 4 stars, and Olymp — 4 stars.
The Arena building is located at a different address: 26 Shosseynaya Street, Sochi.
The price includes the "Classic Program":
— Accommodation in the selected room category;
— Three meals a day with dietary options in a buffet format or fractional meals based on medical indications. The first meal is lunch, and the last is breakfast;
— Sanatorium-resort treatment under the "Classic Program." The attending physician determines the number and frequency of treatments;
— Access to the swimming pool, gym, beach, and terrenkur routes;
— Cultural and entertainment program and Wi-Fi in the buildings;
— Use of safe deposit boxes, emergency services call, and first aid.
Additional charges apply for:
— Additional medical and other services according to the current price list.
Accommodation conditions and documents:
— A sanatorium-resort card and SNILS are required;
— Adults: Passport, SNILS, OMS policy, sanatorium-resort card form No. 072/u, issued no earlier than 1 month before check-in. For post-hospital referrals, a medical history extract is needed;
— Children: Birth certificate or passport for children over 14, sanatorium-resort card form No. 076/u, vaccination certificate, epidemiological environment certificate, and a pediatrician's certificate of no contraindications;
— Children are accepted at any age, and treatment is provided from 4 years. For children under 4, treatment is not offered, but the full list of documents is required for accommodation, except for the sanatorium-resort card. |
