In case of the late arrival of the guest, the booking will be on no-show status after midnight if the guest comes after midnight hotel staff will re-instead booking following the original booking accordingly.

For Christmas and New Year's Eve dinners, guests may be charged separately at the hotel.

Due to an unforeseen technical issue, essential maintenance and improvement works will be carried out on the infinity pool at the property. As a result, the infinity pool will be temporarily closed from 7 May to 21 May 2026.

During this period, all other hotel facilities will remain fully operational, including the 700-metre lagoon pool, beachfront, kids’ water park, spa, restaurants, and all guest areas.
