Where do i even start? Firstly I’m pleased to say this is one of the best holidays i have had.i was very paranoid about going to this place for a holiday after reading the negative reviews but I’m so glad i went for a holiday and stayed at this place I went along with my son with special needs and my elderly mother. We reached the hotel around 2am in the night. A soon as we entered there is a spacious lobby area where my son crashed while i waited for other families who arrived to finish their check in. The person on the reception was very pleasant and we very swiftly checked into our rooms. Both mine, son and my mother’s room was very clean, there is aircon, fridge, tele with comfortable beds.i read a remote regarding bed bugs and room being very dirty and trust me that os completely wrong.. these guys keep it super clean.. not only the rooms but the entire resort. There is constantly one or the other cleaning the resort. Coming to food.. what can i even say?? I’m a eggetarian.I thought the choices will be limited. But oh boy..i can say there are atleast 30 different varieties of food.. Some one said in the review that there are very limited options for breakfast.. Let me tell you there are atleast 5 different varieties of olives,10 different varieties of freshly baked bread, there is an entire counter for hot food ( boiled eggs, scrambled eggs), freshly cut meat slices atleast 5 different varieties, salads, an entire counter just for different varieties of spread, jams, fresh honey with the comb, Turkish sweets, and variety of breakfast sauces/dips ( local Turkish delicacies), two different types of wafers, sweets, ice cream cones, there is juice dispensing machine which has atleast 6 different varieties , coffee dispensing machine with atleast 10 different varieties and 6-7 varieties of fresh cheese, outside there is a counter for omlettes. Lunch and dinner has atleast 40 different varieties of food. There is live counter for hot food, burgers, Turkish bread with cheese, turkey, fish, chips,potato wedges,meat balls, some or the other sort of meat being fried, kebabs,shawarma, rice, pasta,hummus, roasted veggies, spinach dishes,5 different varieties of salads, and desserts.. atleast 10-13 varieties of desserts for lunch and dinner Breakfast starts from 7.30-10 am, lunch is from 12-2pm and people who missed lunch can eat chips, chicken nuggets, burgers in the pool side bar, from 5 pm there are distant kinds of cakes,4 varieties of biscuits/cookies. There is a pool side bar serving both alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks and same with inside bar area next to the spa One review said they serve cheap or local alcohol. Even tight i didn’t drink any alcohol in this trip,i see all varieties of cocktails and mocktails. There is gin, rum, whiskey,vodka, Bombay saphire and there are atleast 10 different varieties of cocktails and there varieties of mocktails, There is lazy pool and there is fun pool with slides. Cleaners come every single morning and clean your rooms. Ofcourse your room is not sparkly clean, there are few misses here and there but the rooms are kept tidy, they change towels, bedding and toiletries every single day.. I don’t have one single negative comment. Some one said that people are rude especially near the food area. Trust me most of them are young men and they are a littlec reserved but trust me they are all very sweet. Yes most of them don’t speak English but they understand with your gestures and they immediately attend to you. My son has few meltdowns and there was little hitting .. not even a single person took offence and they all brushed it off with a smile. I’m surprised that there were negative reviews and looks like some people/other competitors wrote them.. Honestly this is one of the best places especially value for money…let me take my words back…you get absolutely more than what you gave paid for.. The staff and the managers are all very friendly and they work constantly to create positive experience for the people who come to stay. They are very considerate especially when you have a child with special needs. They even let me do a late check out with my son’s situation as i had a late night flight..
