This place is a little gem located around fifteen minutes walk from the town centre.Our room was first class and Brenda was a great host who gave us some great information for places to eat out and some ideas for trips for the next day.Breakfast was continental and was lovely with plenty to keep you going for the day,a special shout out to Nicola who came in to help everyday.All in all a great stay and wouldn't hesitate to come back.

We stayed last week for 2 nights, Adults only, no dogs - Brevins  was welcoming and in easy reach of Ben Nevis & fort William.
Room lovely, spacious and clean.
 Breakfast lovely.
Able to park car off road also a bonus.
Would certainly recommend  (especially with no dogs) and will try and return, you won’t be disappointed with your visit.

Lovely little B&B, only stayed 1 night. Clean, quiet and comfortable.

I absolutely loved my time here. The place was spotless, cozy, and had everything I could have asked for to unwind and enjoy my stay. The hosts were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure every detail was just right. Breakfast each morning was delicious, and the location could not have been better. It was close to all the sights and activities I wanted, yet still wonderfully peaceful.

I also really appreciated all the great local recommendations, especially for dining and my Ben Nevis hike. The hosts made me feel completely at ease and truly at home. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area and would be delighted to stay again someday.

The hosts Brenda and Vincent were both very welcoming. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice. I had a room in the annexe which was spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable. Situated a short walk from the town centre on quiet road with safe, secure, free off street parking. Ideally suited for touring the West Coast and Highlands. Would highly recommend.

Top hosts, super accommodation, perfect location for walking. Easy to find, free parking on site, greeted by the ever helpful and friendly Vincent as soon as we arrived. Rooms were spacious, exceptionally clean, well maintained and very comfortable. Lovely en suite. Tea & coffee making facilities. Absolutely perfect location for walking up Ben Nevis or surrounding areas. Located directly opposite the beautiful river Nevis and only a 15 min walk into town. Fabulous Scottish breakfast made by Brenda. Lovely couple, super place. If ever we’re in Fort William, we’ll be back.

The place and the hosts, Vincent and Brenda, are just great and welcoming. They are both cheery and ready to fulfill all your requests. The rooms are warm and extremely clean, with all you need inside. 
The breakfast is superlative; really good taste and you have the option to select the time and type of breakfast you want in the morning, in advance, in order to have all ready as you step into the breakfast room.
The Guest House is well placed too, middle way from the tricky-to-reach Steall Waterfall and the Ben Nevis Walks.
One of, if not THE, best Guest House in Fort William, hands down.

We were late arriving due to a traffic accident, it wasn’t a problem, Vincent met us, show us to room n was very informative as to where n when to go do stuff, breakfast was lovely, just what was needed after the long day before, would definitely visit again

This guest house is fabulous,I write this from the most comfiest bed with the biggest fluffiest pillows ..

Wonderful Guest House, close to the centre but far enough away to keep it perfectly quiet at night. Amazing rooms and breakfast provided. Vincent & Brenda can’t do enough to help. They’ll provide you with all the local knowledge you’ll need not just for your visit to Fort William but also for travelling further afield. We definitely intend to go back to Fort William and wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Brilliant Gem of a Guest House

Excellent ,quiet location , met by a friendly host with lots of information , very helpful and great service.
Perfect room , comfy beds, very clean .
Lovely breakfast to start the day and they are always there to help if needed. We had a great relaxing stay .

Relaxing stay

Lovely place, lovely people, lovely hospitality. Couldn't fault it, highly recommend. 

They were always friendly and willing to help, with them going above and beyond, when they offered waterproof bottoms for our trip up Ben Nevis. The food was cooked to our specification and the rooms were always left tidy, after room service.

If you're in Fort William, definitely look into this bed & breakfast. 

Also, the beds were well comfy.
