Clean hotel, very close to train station. Very friendly staff.

We always enjoy staying ay Redditch Premier Inn. My grandsons especially like it too. My daughter and I felt truly relaxed

Lovely big room, clean and fresh. Great size bathroom and a bath makes all the difference. Hair dryer too! Car parking included. Fantastic beefeater next door for breakfast and evening meal. Nice quiet location, if I’m ever staying up this way again it will definitely be here.

I've stayed at a few Premier Inns but this one was one of the best. The room was clean, fresh and the bathroom was spotless. The guys on reception when I checked in were very friendly. I wish I could have stayed another night! I will certainly be staying there again.

I look to stay in Premier Inns (ideally with free parking) when I'm away because I know pretty much what to expect. I certainly wasn't disappointed on this occasion. My check in experience was very smooth and the check in clerk professional, welcoming and friendly. My room was spacious and clean with everything working as it should. I was delighted to see a bath rather than just a shower in the bathroom and at the end of what had been a busy day I enjoyed a luxurious soak in the bath which was blissful!

I and my friends took advantage of the meal deal and enjoyed a delicious and sociable late evening meal at the Beefeater next door. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful and the food was good.

The breakfast at the Beefeater the next morning was pretty good though the fried eggs and black pudding were overcooked and the tomatoes a little undercooked. The continental breakfast selection was good and the hot drinks machine great. All in all the breakfast represented good value for money, especially as part of the meal deal (dinner plus breakfast).

The free parking at the hotel was an added bonus which I really appreciated.

I'd happily stay at this hotel again.

Excellent service, rooms were immaculate, receptionist was lovely going over and above and the restaurant was great too, good price, good service and very clean, not too busy either so wasn't waiting long for food. Excellent location for motorway too

I stay in a premier plus room three times a month.
Always a friendly greeting on arrival.
The rooms are clean, well equipped and comfortable.
Hot and cold drinks provided in the room.
Fabulous shower with nice fluffy towels.
Would recommend Redditch North anytime.

We visit for a Star Wars event and I book a lot of rooms. Julie and all the staff are always extremely welcoming, the rooms are clean and well maintained, great parking, lovely beefeater next door. What more could you need?

Very comfortable, clean and friendly hotel. Loved our stay and would definitely stay here again. We were over looking the dual carriage way in a Premier plus room & there was no noise from the road at all, which surprised us. The bed was lovely and comfortable and spacious. The shower was fab & added bonus of a bath. The beefeater next door was nice but very busy, due to school hols, so the wait to be seated was a little long, but food reasonably priced and nice. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone's future stay.

We have used this Premier Inn for the last few years when visiting Cheltenham Races. This year it was my dad's 60th Wedding Anniversay. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Service is excellent. This year our waitress at the Beefeater Jen surprised my dad with a cake. His face was priceless. Thank you so much to all the staff for a wonderful stay.

Usually stay at this premier inn as staff very helpful & friendly. Beds & pillows very comfortable too. However on this occasion the breakfast was poor, cold food and no Muesli , bananas and no pots of yoghurt. The yogurt now served in a large dish. Lots of children staying and saw one dipping his fingers into it ( so won’t ever be eating that in the future). Possibly won’t have breakfast on my next visits. Staff in restaurant nice polite & friendly they also work extremely hard.

Disappointed with breakfast

Stayed here for 1 night so we could watch a show at the Palace theatre in town. Fast check in lots of parking places. Clean and tidy hotel from reception to room. Nice big room. We did find the food and drinks expensive in the eatery next door. This is a great hotel but the only negative and its nothing to do with the hotel is its on a busy road and island. There are no paths to get to the other side of the island. We had to walk into town to watch the show and we found it quite dangerous with the speed of the cars coming down that road and round the island. You can walk on the grass but not good if its wet and muddy. We will visit again.

Nice clean hotel Highley recommend

Great stay and value for money

Excellent!!

Hotel Stay

The hotel room was very comfortable and very clean. The staff were very friendly. We booked the Premier Inn breakfast which was very disappointing. The food with the exception of the last day the food was cold or just warm. Fres food was put on top of cold food which is not good practice. The food temperature was not checked at all. This was the only disappointment with our stay as the hotel side was fabulous. Would stay there again but avoid the breakfast next time.
